Fashion is Magic Rarity

Ah, the Radiance that is Rarity. She honestly was the most fun to design! Such a elegant lady should have the essentials: extravagant ruffles and diamonds to create a fabulous dress. The dress is colored with the royal blues and purples that every important mare should wear. And with such beauty, I always think of the peacock which inspired the pink and purple ovals overlapping each other. To finish off, I have a collar suitable for a queen, with Rarity's hair tied up and accented with the peacock inspired feathers and ruffles.
